(Formerly titled: The Gift Of Giving)

It’s Christmas Eve. A very busy time for courier companies delivering last minute presents and parcels to people around the country in time for the holidays. Sterling is one of those delivery drivers. He works for Whizzz It, a large corporation who keep their staff on a tight leash.

Unfortunately for them, Sterling doesn’t much care for their ideals and culture. He’s a procrastinator and tends to spend most of the time on the job listening to music and browsing through his phone.

Unfortunately for Sterling, he’s on thin ice working for Whizzz It. His manager doesn’t like him and hands him a double shift delivering to all of the towns and villages in the countryside. Not the job you want on Christmas Eve as the parcels are stacked high and the deadline is short.

As much as Sterling hates his job, he needs the money. He’s got a new born baby at home with his girlfriend, so off he sets, to deliver a whole van-load of parcels to the far-out villages. Except on this magical night, something else, something evil that doesn’t chant ‘ho-ho-ho’ and doesn’t give little treats to good boys and girls  is lurking about. This is Belsnickel’s night. A night where fear is the gift that keeps on giving.

Along the way, Sterling meets Megan, a young, determined individual who's on her own crusade for social justice. Unfortunately her ambition gets her caught up in the same situation as Sterling and the two must ally together and put their differences aside if they’re going to survive the night.

Set in very locations with minimal characters, this self-contained horror movie lends itself to a tense and terrifying stand-off between a couple of regular folk stuck in a van, versus a monstrous creature outside, desperate to devour its prey.
